What Clients are Saying
Dr. Sarah Griest’s warmth, insight, and humor in her therapy sessions with our teenaged son had a wonderful impact on our family, helping us through a challenging time. She has a remarkable ability to communicate with both children and adults in a way that feels clear, empathetic, and grounded.
Sarah was open and honest with us about how our child was coping with difficult emotions and patiently taught us all strategies that made a real difference in our day-to-day life. We especially appreciated how carefully she measured and tracked his emotional state at each therapy session, allowing her to recognize when he needed extra support and adjusting her approach accordingly. We’re deeply grateful for the care she provided to our whole family!
— Parent of a Former Client
I really liked talking to Dr. Sarah because she was very open. She made me feel comfortable talking even when the conversation was hard. She encouraged me to talk with her about things I enjoyed and told me about things she enjoyed, and it made me feel like she was a person who cared about me and not just a doctor.
She taught me strategies that I really found helpful and that I still use it when I’m worried about things. Making art in therapy with her was helpful too because making art makes me feel good, and she encouraged me to use art as a way to talk and think about how I was feeling.
